Eat lots of raw foods promotes living a healthy life, is not the only health factor.
In fact, many say that you do not eat is actually more important than what you eat. You can eat all raw foods in the world, but it will not blow a difference if they are still involved in destructive habits on a regular basis.
It's actually a lot of sense.

•Lack of sunshine
•Lack of exercise
•Lack of sleep
You can consider a first or upper foodist up, but there is a good chance that still hold at least a couple of these unhealthy habits.
Raw foodists eat little known to mainstream meals, tons of salt, too much fat, sprouted grains and legumes, stimulants such as chocolate "raw" and too little exercise and sleep. There is simply no way you can experience the best of health, if you hold on any of these unhealthy habits, raw or not.
